These guys wont take a tax return check and apply it to my morgage payment.
Went to another branch & they did it no problem. Don't want to play the race card, but....
Wouldn't help me with a simple signature authorization, even though they were authorized to do so. (Yes, I bank w/ BofA)

so my husband went to deposit a check here Saturday. He was either going to cash it, then deposit it, or just deposit it. We are usually unfamiliar with paper checks since we usually use direct deposit.The only girl that was there helped him, and told him that there would not be a hold on his check. This was 10 am Saturday 12/19. So, since he figured she knew what she was talking about like she was suppose to, he just deposited it. Her we are Monday, Next business day, and the check hasn't even gone through on our account, and it's 8:30 AM. Either way if she was new she should've had enough sense to ask, instead of given wrong info. I honestly think this was a lazy attempt to get out of counting out cash.
