Bad costumer service. I received an OK haircut. Kendra was my hair stylist and she promised that if she didn't cut as much as I wanted, I could come back within two days to get it cut again with no charge. I called within two days to try to come back in, but Strandz salon never got back to me. I had to call again afterwards to which they said "sorry you're too late". I wish the haircut had been good from the start or that at least they would have made good on their promise.
