Have been resisting rentals from other discount rental despite aggressive direct marketing primarily because of the quality of service and the well maintained vehicles.
You've lost a repeat customer. To call me 45 minutes before you close and inform me that the car I was about to pick up is suddenly unavailable, and that no cars were available for 3 days is contrary to the very meaning of a competent car rental business. I nearly lost business because of this, but thanks to the friendly and accommodating folks at Avis, I was able to get a car on short notice.
Thus far, and have been renting quite frequently on weekends, it has been a fun experience. Your staff at the Lakeway location are helpful, professional and courteous.
Update called back and they will honor my reservation but can not pick me up as advertised... Stay tuned
I immediately went on line to reserve a car and was given a reservation # at this location. I walked back in and guess what.... no cars to rent. Sad and frustrated I left. Pick another place.

The entire team is extremely accommodating. I received the car on schedule. When my plans changed I was able to extend my rental period with a simple phone call. The receiving and returning the car took only minutes. I will definitely use them for any future rentals!!
Great experience. Needed a car for a couple days while my wife's car was being repaired....vehicle provided was almost new, easy check-in and check out. Enterprise staff at Lakeway location were awesome.
Everyone has an experience, here was mine. My personal vehicle was left for up to a week in the shop for repairs. After fighting early afternoon down Hwy 620 Lakeway traffic, I walked in my local Enterprise Rent-A-Car and guess what.... no cars to rent. As a long time happy Enterprise customer I was given no options or alternatives.
