The last appointment was a no show which really upset me since I had to take time off work because someone had to be home. There was no follow up of any kind after the no show and when I called them to ask about this, they wanted me to find someone else to do the job.
Extremely bad customer service indeed and very disappointing.
Poor. Did not keep appointment that had been on the books for 5 days. They have rescheduled for next week and I doubt they will keep that appointment either. If you use them make sure you call the day before or the day of the appointment to see if they intend to keep it. This will be my last time to use them.
Very bad experience indeed. The appointments were not kept and moved multiple times. I do understand there are emergency situations and mistakes do happen but we set it right and move on.
