They tried to sell us new doorknobs and locks because they didn't have the right brand in their TRUNK. This was going to cost $400. When my wife asked them to leave, they sat down and said their manager would need them to collect $200 for a service fee if they didn't finish the job.
When I got home I gave them a $50 bill and they left.
A few years ago my wife accidentally called a similarly named locksmith in Lakeway and they sent a couple of different guys (obviously sub contractors working on commission) out and the experience was awful!
