So much better since Arbor took it over. (The original people were nice, but slow as molasses.)
It took over 2.5 hours for a oil change and wash on Monday at 11:30 am. 1.5 hours into it I asked the lady where my car was and she said "in line for the wash", I looked in the vacuum area and it was still sitting there. 2 Horus in I asked where my car was and she said "in line for the wash and she was having someone bring it around and issuing me a credit so I can leave". I waited for 10 min and my car was not brought around so I asked her for status again..."it's sitting out front"...I then saw it going thru the wash and asked if I'm on a hidden camera show! 2.5 hours later I'm still sitting here waiting!!!!I moved here from ca and surprisingly all the car washes I used were better quality/service, less time and less cost. They need competition in the area to shape up their business. I will NEVER use their business again!
Affordable and usually quick service.
I usually get the low end detail for my truck. Hand washed, vacuum, carpet shampoo, wipedown inside and out including the widows, mirrors, and tires. Overall a great deal.
