This is the second issue I've had with this facility. The first was borderline fraudulent after an employee told me that parts on my car were worn and I should replace them. Unfortunately for him, I had just replaced them myself a few weeks prior so I knew they were brand new.
I was amazed by how gracious and kind the people are (who work there). Eddie was so genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with my Jeep one morning. I trust my vehicle with this business, since Eddie is so considerate. I'm positive the rest of the team is just like him, and I have taken my Jeep to them for years (since they opened). Very trust-worthy!
I am done with this car wash after years that I gave them business, for the last 4 times and few times my husband took his car over there and not be happy with their service.
This is an attempt to reach out to the owner who has been ignoring me for 3 weeks regarding damage incurred to my car while under their supervision. I have made 3 trips, left my phone number and even tried email twice. This morning the second email address I was given from an employee bounced.
I told him this happened every time and I have to ask.
My car has been meticulously maintained and now that I"m trying to sell it, I'm stuck with a $400 wheel repair for their mistake. I understand that accidents happen with well intentioned employees, but being ignored by management speaks volumes about the care they have for customers. To the owner, I've left my number numerous times at the facility.
Love this place i always take my car n they always seem to get it right idk about u all out there but here no one disrespects unless u come with a big attitude like u own life n is all stuck up great place to be to wash your car and do an oil change

I was in this location Saturday around noon, it was not busy, but when they call me my car was not complete dry and the tires steel have the white liquor don that and the ring in some spot not clean ( when I get home I saw the rings)
Took vehicle today to have it washed. Seems they have missed half of my truck and when I got in it there was a cigarette odor inside. ( I don't smoke). Saw a few guys smoking so I guess one felt comfortable enough to smoke in my truck when he drove it in to the wash. The lower half of my truck wasn't even done and what was done seemed like it was just wiped with a cloth. Missing change from my center console as well. Definitely not worth the money. Guess the saying is true want something done right do it yourself.
Also my car is brand new and I dive it for 2weeks and I found 2 scrach on the back door.
When I ask the guy and open my trunk to whip the water the other one come and explain to me that they dried the water but when they close the door water comes again( it was so rude he thought I am stupid!)
